| 沭河 位于中国山东省南部及江苏省北部。源出山东省沂蒙山区的沂水县沂山南麓。同沂水平行南流，过郯城县入江苏省。原在今宿迁市汇入泗水再入淮河。1128～1855年黄河南徙夺徐州市以下泗水河道和淮阴市以下淮河干流入海。后因河床淤高，黄河在1855年又北徙，留下废黄河故道，沭河失去了入淮的水道。河道紊乱，主要分两支：北支东经沭阳县城北，东北注入青伊湖，下流称蔷薇河，由临洪河入海州湾；南支经沭阳县城南，又分数路，一路折东与盐河汇合，一路称武障河，东北流并与其他数路会合，经今响水县境内汇入灌河而后入海。每到汛期由于排泄不畅，常引起洪水泛滥。中华人民共和国建立后，通过整治，现在沭河分二路入江苏省。一路循沭故道，由山东省临沂市大官庄南下江苏，经新沂市，到沭阳县口头进新沂河入海；一路由大官庄向东，另辟新沭河入江苏注入石梁河水库，然后沿东海县、赣榆县界上的沙河故道，至连云港市的临洪口入海州湾。 |
