亦称脊髓自主，脊髓防御、屈曲性脊髓防御反射。是急性脊髓炎的一种表现。见于病情严重、年龄较高或具有并发症者，在脊髓休克期后出现进行性屈肌张力增高，截瘫的下肢呈痉挛性屈曲，甚至不能伸直。此时若给瘫痪肢体任何轻微的刺激，均能引起肢体强烈的屈曲性收缩，同时伴有出汗、竖毛、颤栗、血压增高、大小便自动排出等。出现此现象一般认为脊髓功能预后不良。
