In order to improve the forecasting accuracy,in accordance with the influence factors and characteristics of hour gas load,a model has been established to forecasting hour gas load with OIF(output-input feedback) Elman network.

本论文采集了某电厂两台600MW机组SIS系统的历史数据进行分析,并基于总量收费标准与环境价值标准,建立了较传统煤耗率更加经济环保的综合指标,将指标用于火电厂负荷优化分配的研究中去,并分析了分配后的结果,得到了结论:按照以综合指标的分配方案未必能提高单台机组的经济环保性,但对于整个电厂的经济环保生产是非常有利的。

通过对机组完成负荷过程的分析,得出了理想状态下电厂完成电网分配负荷的最短时间,并进行了数学证明;在此基础上,建立了以快速完成电网负荷需求为目的的厂级负荷优化分配数学模型,提出了一种新的改进粒子群算法:一是提出了多粒子提供共享信息机制,克服了仅有全局最优粒子提供共享信息的弊端,二是提出了处理等式约束问题的基于优先顺序法的粒子位置数据修补策略,克服了用罚函数法造成迭代次数过多,寻优时间过长的缺点。
