本论文结合乌江流域及乌江梯级水电站水库群的生产实际特点,以贵州乌江水电开发有限责任公司所辖四个具有日调节以上性能的梯级水电站洪家渡、东风、索风营和乌江渡为研究对象,以乌江公司最优调度为优化准则,分别建立梯级发电量最大模型和梯级蓄能最大模型,深入研究和探讨了乌江梯级水电站短期发电优化调度的最优性规律,并开发了可靠、实用的短期发电优化调度软件系统,以期指导生产实际运行,促进水库电站优化调度与生产实际的紧密结合。
