放线验线时应注意以下五点注意事项：
1、先放线后验线。应当坚持先放线后验线的程序。一般建设工程项目可按照周围的参照物，由施工单位放线，施工放线后，建设单位向城市规划行政主管部门申请验线并报形式日期，城市规划行政主管部门的管理人员到现场验门的勘测队伍进行放线，放线后经规划管理人员验线。

4、放线时，原地上需要拆除的建筑物、构筑物应当全部拆除掉。
