In light of the constructing experience of the Jingbian-Xi'an Natural Gas Pipeline Project, a discussion is made of the types and causes of cracking of bent pipes in the process of fire bending and the preventive measures are proposed.
结合靖边—西安天然气输气管道工程建设的施工经验,阐述了控轧钢频热煨制过程中弯管开裂的类型、原因,提出了相应的防止措施,对完善我国现行的钢制弯管生产标准、检验方法提出了看法。

红枣煨肘子
主料：猪肘子
辅料：红枣、枸杞
调料/腌料：盐、葱、姜、料酒、生抽、老抽、鸡精、高汤、料包（八角、花椒、小茴香）食用油
制作过程
1、将肘子用开水焯一下捞出用凉开水洗去血沫，拔去毛，姜洗净切成块；
2、取出压力锅的内锅，放入肘子、高汤、红枣、冰糖、枸杞、生抽、老抽、料酒、盐、鸡精、料包、姜块、葱段、盖上锅盖，压力锅调到“烹饪档”，调好后保压时间1个小时，待“浮子阀”回位后取出即可。
