性质:俗称多层封接法。是一种常见的陶瓷-金属封接法。其工艺过程是在陶瓷表面上(欲封接部位)涂上一层金属粉膏(如钼、钼铁、钼锰或钼锰加氧化物等)经通氢炉烧结,使陶瓷体表面金属化,其上再电镀一层镍称为二次金属化。最后用银或银铜焊料连同金属件和金属化后的陶瓷件组装在一起在氢气炉中钎焊,便可获得陶瓷和金属封结件。该法封接强度高,气密性好,可连续大量生产。
