Object:We intend to find out the feature and regularity of the change of pro-atrial natriuretic peptide (proANP) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) via the study of the proANPs in such patients, and to provide a novel clinic method to diagnose AMI, and if so, to make proANP ready to be a noninvasive method for the evaluation of the benefit of PCI.
目的:通过对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者外周血心钠素前体肽(ProANF)的变化研究,了解ProANF在AMI患者的变化特点及规律性,为临床提供一个诊断AMI的新型指标,并使其成为临床判断AMI患者PCI术后病情变化的参考数据,进而为ProANF成为评价AMI患者PCI手术疗效的一个非创伤性指标而做准备。
