继发性心肌病
发生在某些全身性疾病中的心肌病变。为全身性疾病的一部分。心肌可发生炎症、变性、坏死等病理变化。病因包括：结缔组织病，如系统性红斑狼疮、皮肌炎、硬皮病、结节性多动脉炎、类风湿性关节炎等；代谢异常的疾病，如淀粉样变性，糖原累积症、血色病等；神经肌肉性疾病，如进行性肌营养不良、遗传性运动失调等。因继发性心肌病的病因很多，临床表现可多样化。除原发疾病的临床表现外，一般以心力衰竭为主，心律失常亦不少见。治疗以祛除病因和对症为主。
