目的 通过栓线法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血的模型，观察大鼠脑组织显微结构的变化，检测脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、脑含水量、血清丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)的含量等，探讨芪黄汤防治大鼠局灶性脑梗塞的作用机制。
补充资料：黑枣女贞牛肉汤
原 料：牛肉500克，女贞子60克，黑枣4枚，生姜3片，食盐、味精、胡椒粉各少许。
做 法：
1.女贞子、黑枣（去核）洗净；牛肉洗净，用开水焯过。
2.把全部原料放入锅内，加清水适量，武火煮沸后，文火炖3小时，再加入胡椒粉、食盐、味精调味即可。
功效：
补肝肾，益阴血，黑须发。适用于肝肾两虚而致黄发白发、头发干枯、目昏耳鸣或肌肤甲错等。
