To investigate the roles of Grp78 in the invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma,Grp78 level in human HCC cell line BEL7402 was down-regulated by siRNA,the status of cell adhesion,cell spreading,and extracellular matrix degradation was explored.
为了进一步研究该抑制作用的分子机制,我们应用小干扰RNA(siRNA)技术特异性下调肝细胞癌细胞系BEL7402中Grp78的表达,并对细胞的粘附、伸展和细胞外基质降解情况进行研究,结果发现特异性下调Grp78可以促进细胞与细胞外基质的粘附,抑制细胞伸展。
