Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the therapeutics to rectocele with the treatment operation interrupted suture plus injection xiaozhiling.

Methods: Operations of rectal mucosa longitudinal terrace suture plus Xiaozhiling injections were done 32 cases with internal rectal prolapse.

Methods Twenty-six patients with rectocele was treated by mucosal sleeve resection by stapler or rectal mucosal flap longitudinal resection and continuous suture,and XiaoZhiLing injection and posterior pubococcygeal muscle partial section were adopted selectively.
