〗来自表皮细胞外胚叶及其附属器官的一种恶性肿瘤。临床常见的有鳞状细胞癌和基底细胞癌两种。多见于男性，好发于50岁以上老年人的裸露部位，如头颈、面、手背等处。鳞癌发展快，基底细胞癌缓慢，皆形成溃疡。前者预后差，依临床症状及病理检查可确诊。应早发现、早治疗、综合治疗。〖DK
