目的 (1)探讨低温缺氧保存/复氧对ECV-304的NF-κB活性及粘附分子和趋化因子基因表达的影响;(2)探讨在ECs中以及低温缺氧保存条件下,脂质体介导NF-κB诱捕物ODN对ECV-304的转染效率;(3)评价NF-κB诱捕物ODN对ECV-304的NF-κB活性及其下游粘附分子和趋化因子基因活化的影响;(4)建立大鼠移植肾模型并观察含NF-κB诱捕物ODN脂质体复合物的ECs对大鼠肾脏保存的效果;(5)观察在ECs中及低温缺氧保存条件下,脂质体介导诱捕物ODN对大鼠供肾的转染和NF-κB诱捕物ODN对大鼠移植肾早期损伤的保护作用。
