BACKGROUND &OBJECTIVE: Platelet derived endothelial cell growth factor/thymidine phosphorylase (PD ECGF/TP) is an essential enzyme in converting 5′ deoxy 5 fluorouridine (5′ DFUR), and 5 fluorouracil (5 FU) to their active metabolites in vivo, and can be up regulated by some cytokinines such as interleukin 1, and interferon gamma (INFγ).
背景与目的血小板衍化内皮细胞生长因子/胸苷磷酸化酶(platelet-derivedendothelialcellgrowthfactor/thymidinephosphorylase,PD-ECGF/TP)是去氧氟尿苷和5-氟尿嘧啶在体内转化成活性抗癌物质的重要酶,它受到白细胞介素-1、γ干扰素等细胞因子的调节。
