The objective of this study is to observe the effects of arsenic trioxide (As_2O_3) and DDP alone or in combination on reverse of resistance in HTB-56/DDP cell lines and apoptosis-inducing effects of arsenic trioxide in vitro and vivo.
目的:探讨三氧化二砷(As_2O_3)对肺癌耐药细胞HTB-56/DDP作用有无对顺铂(DDP)增敏及逆转耐药和诱导细胞凋亡,从对凋亡和耐药相关基因蛋白影响角度探讨其分子机制;阐述As_2O_3逆转HTB-56/DDP耐药或对DDP敏感性增强、诱导耐药细胞凋亡的可能机制。
