用人工血管置于右心房与肠系膜上静脉之间的分流术。此术使肠系膜上静脉血流通过人工血管回流到心脏,达到降低门静脉压力的目的。用于肝后性门脉高压、巴德-吉亚利综合征以肝静脉阻塞为主者。门静脉减压效果好,但不缓解下腔静脉阻塞引起的症状。
