用量用法： 口服：剂量为每千克体重１５～２０ｍｇ，每日１次，一般连服２日停１日。儿童减半。
注意事项：
1.口服用药毒性低。临床常用剂量在治疗期间未发现毒性作用，但加大剂量每千克体重１０３ｍｇ（试用于精神分裂症）时，可出现恶心、呕吐、眩晕，继而出现抽搐、昏迷。 2.对人有明显蓄积作用，故临床应用时宜采用间断给药法，日剂量每千克体重不超过２０ｍｇ。
规格： 青阳参片（健脑克癫片）：每片含青阳参总甙７０ｍｇ、８０ｍｇ、１００ｍｇ。
