本论文包括三部分: 第一部分:白透骨消化学成分分析 白透骨消(Glechoma biondiana)全草的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分(93g)利用硅胶柱层析、重结晶等方法,分离得到了13个化合物,并运用现代波谱技术如:EI/ESI/FAB-MS,~1HNMR,~(13)CNMR,DEPT,UV,IR以及与已知化合物或其文献数据对照,鉴定了包括三萜、甾醇、长链脂肪酸等10个化合物,其中2α-羟基乌苏酸,2α,3α-羟基乌苏酸,2α,3α,23-羟基乌苏酸,豆甾烷-3,6-二酮,7β-羟基谷甾醇,豆甾醇,β-胡萝卜苷为首次从该植物中分离得到。
