SYN and PSD-95 were examined by immunohistochmical techniques in the neocortical regions medial and lateral to the infarction as well as in the contralateral neocortex at the 7th 、14th、 28th day after MCAO.
方法线栓法建立大鼠的大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO),术后第3天起,口服灌注哌醋甲酯,采用免疫组织化学方法观察术后第7、14、28天突触素(Synaptophysin,SYN)及突触后致密物质(Postsynaptic density-95,PSD-95)在大鼠皮层缺血灶的内、外、对侧的表达。

Methods: In 18 cases of patients with PNET, semiquantitative correlation analysis was used on the age of patients, rosettes, necrosis, mitotic activity, CD99, synaptophysin(Syn) immunoreactivity, glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and NSE.
方法:收集本院大脑及脊髓PNET18例,采用Spearman相关分析方法,对患者年龄,菊形团、栅栏状坏死、核分裂相和CD99、神经胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、突触素(Syn)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)免疫组化的半定量指标,共八项指标之间均进行相关性分析。

【Method】this study has adopted immunohistochemistry streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)method combining with double-labeled immunohistochemistry to detect serotonin(5-HT)、neuron specific enolase(NSE)and synaptophysin(SYN) in cycling corpus luteum cells of bovine.
[方法]采用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶法,结合免疫组化双标记法对牛周期性黄体细胞中5-羟色胺、神经元特异性烯醇化酶和突触素进行了检测。
