    由爱泼斯坦-巴尔病毒(EBV)引起的传染病。又称腺热。EBV为DNA病毒,属疱疹病毒科。本病以易感的年长儿童和成人较多。表现畏寒、发热、咽痛、咽充血及扁桃体肿大,有白色或灰白色渗出物;全身淋巴结肿大,以颈淋巴结肿大较常见;肝、脾肿大;少数病人出现麻疹样或荨麻疹样皮疹;末梢血象白细胞达10×109~20×109/升,淋巴及单核细胞在50%以上,异常淋巴细胞>10%;血清嗜异性凝集反应阳性。并发症有肝炎、心肌炎、脑膜炎、脑炎、吉兰-巴雷氏综合征、肺炎、肾炎、溶血性贫血及脾破裂等。诊断根据典型临床表现  、血象及血清嗜异性凝集反应阳性  ;亦可检测抗-EBVIgM抗体  。以支持和对症治疗为主,重症病人可用肾上腺皮质激素治疗,脾破裂应手术治疗。此病尚无有效的预防方法。
