复制大白鼠脾气虚证、脾阳虚证模型 ,以中药四君子汤、理中汤作对照 ,观察艾灸“足三里”穴对脾虚证大白鼠骨骼肌细胞中线粒体 Na+ 、K+ - ATP酶活性的影响。

脾阳虚 脾阳虚 病证名。又称脾胃虚寒。因饮食失调、过食生冷、劳倦过度、或久病或忧思伤脾等所致。症见纳呆腹胀、脘腹痛而喜温喜按、口淡不渴、四肢不温、大便稀溏、或四肢浮肿、畏寒喜暖、小便清长或不利、妇女白带清稀而多，舌淡胖嫩，舌苔白润，脉沉迟等。治宜健脾温中，代表方剂为理中汤。
