当归黄芪蒸鸽
材料：1、鸽1只 2、当归、黄芪、杞子适量、酒适量、姜片、香油1匙、盐。
做法：
1、将鸽以热水洗净、拌盐。
2、当归、黄芪、杞子放入碗内，
注入开水，使香气溢出。
3、将1、2项放入蒸碗内、加入酒、姜、香油、并注入水浸
没鸽肉为度，入锅蒸，大火蒸1小时后，改小火蒸半小时即可。
