METHODS Neuron injuring model was produced by using high air pressure and assessed by nuclear uptake of the fluorescent dye propidium iodide (PI), which is excluded from cell with intact membranes however the dye penetrates injured cells and binds to DNA in the nuclei which then fluo resces red.
方法 在空气高压的状态下致神经细胞损伤 ,并利用碘化丙啶 (PI)荧光探针不能穿过正常的细胞膜、当细胞膜损伤后其通过细胞膜并与细胞核的 DNA结合、在荧光显微镜下显红色及乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)的测定来检测细胞损伤 。
