内伤湿痰 内伤湿痰 病证名。湿痰证之一。见《症因脉治·内伤痰症》。证见身或热或不热，体重足酸，呕而不渴，胸膈满，时吐痰，身体软倦。多因脾胃阳虚，水液停留，生湿酿痰所致。治宜理脾燥湿为主，用二陈平胃散、二陈羌防汤、栀连二陈汤、六君子汤等方。
