internal capsule
位于大脑半球深部的重要结构。在豆状核、尾状核和丘脑之间的、呈开口向外的“<”形的髓质。内囊又分为三部分:于豆状核与尾状核之间者称前肢,有额桥束通过;豆状核与丘脑之间为后肢,从前到后依次有皮质脊髓束、丘脑皮质束、枕颞桥束通过,再后为视放射及听放射纤维;中间部为膝部,有皮质延髓束通过。
