Objective To study the effect of selection technique on sperm concentration sperm progressive motility, abnormal sperm morphology, sperm hypo-osmotic test percentage sperm acrosin activity and they association with the fertilization rate of IVF .
两部份标本均根据WHO标准，采用Markler计数板测精子密度、精子前向活动率，改良巴氏法染色精子后行精子形态评估并计算精子畸形率，精子HOS试验后涂片计数精子HOS百分率，分光光度比色法测精子顶体酶活性。
