Methods: On 32 adult cadaver lower limb specimens perfused with red latex, the origins, diameters, courses, branches and distributions of the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve of foot and its nutrient vessels were observed.
目的:为足背外侧皮神经营养血管皮瓣设计提供解剖学依据。

方法 32侧乳胶灌注的成人下肢标本，对足背部皮神经(包括足背内侧皮神经、足背中间皮神经、足背外侧皮神经和腓深神经终末支)及其营养血管进行解剖，观察其起始、直径、走行、分支及分布情况。

背胛中间 经外穴名。《肘后备急方》：“狂走斫刺人，或欲自杀，骂詈不息，称鬼语者，灸两口吻头赤肉际各一壮；又灸两肘屈中五壮，又灸背胛中间三壮，三日极灸三。”《针灸经外奇穴图谱》将后者列作经外穴，定位在肩胛骨冈下窝，肩胛骨外、上、下三角之中点。主治癫狂。艾炷灸3壮。
