通脉法 通脉法 小儿推拿方法名。《幼幼集成》卷三：“凡小儿忽手足厥冷，此病表邪闭其经络，或风痰阻其荣卫，又或大病之后，阳不布散于四肢。逐用生姜煨熟，捣汁半小杯，略入麻油调匀，以指蘸姜油，摩儿手足，往下搓挪揉捩，以通其经络。俟其热回，以纸拭去之。凡小儿指纹滞涩，推之不动，急以此法推豁之。盖此法之论阴阳虚实，用之皆效。”
