热敷止痛法 热敷止痛法 外治法之一。见《外台秘要》卷二十九。指在未破皮之软组织损伤处用药物进行热敷，藉以达到散瘀消肿，活络止痛目的之方法。亦可用食盐或其它材料加热后热敷。该法属于现代物理疗法之范畴。施用本法应以疼痛缓解为度。
