肺虚证 证名。肺气肺阴不足所出现的各种证候。证见气喘少气不足以息、咳嗽、咳吐血痰、声哑、咽喉燥痛、肺痿、皮毛焦枯等。《脉经》卷二：“肺虚……病苦少气不足以息，嗌干不朝津液。”《圣济总录》卷四十八：“肺虚则生寒，寒则阳气盛，阳气盛则声嘶，语言用力，颤掉缓弱，少气不足，咽中干无津液，虚寒乏力，恐怖不乐，咳嗽及喘，鼻有清涕，皮毛焦枯，诊其脉浮沉缓，此是肺虚之候。”《本草经疏》：“肺虚七证。齁喘，属肺虚有热，因而痰壅；咳嗽吐血痰，属肺热甚；声哑，属肺热甚；咽喉燥痛，属水涸火炎，肺热之极，此证法所难治；肺痿，属肺气虚有热；龟胸，属肺热有痰；息贲，属肺气虚痰热壅结所致。”参见肺病、肺虚寒等条。
