分叶过多的中性粒细胞
hypersegmented neutrocyte
核分叶在5叶以上的中性粒细胞。细胞体积较正常大,但不超过正常的2倍,是因脱氧核糖核酸合成障碍,粒系前体细胞成熟延迟所致。在儿科常见于巨幼红细胞性贫血,且常出现在红细胞改变前,对早期诊断有重要意义。此外亦可见于慢性中性粒细胞白血病、慢性放射病、肝病等。
