长期药物灌注
介入放射学技术。使用缝线或固定盘(Harzmann disc)固定已达靶血管的留置导管,行长期定期化疗药物灌注治疗某些肿瘤的方法。为使病人行动方便,可经肱、腋或锁骨下动脉置管。灌注期间应常规给予适量的抗凝剂和抗生素预防穿刺部位血栓形成和感染。
