医史著作。上海中医学院医史博物馆编。本索引共收载1792～1980年的中文期刊891种及报纸37种中有关中外医史文献的论文资料题录14337条，按分类索引、篇名索引、作者索引3部分编排。分类索引计分医史通论、医学与哲学、医德和伦理学、卫生与预防医学、医政制度、生物学、人类学、人口学、统计学、基础医学、临床医学、内科学、外科学与伤科学、妇产科学、儿科学、耳鼻喉科学、眼科学、口腔科、神经病学与精神病学、皮肤病学、急救学、职业病、肿瘤学、麻醉学、针灸学、气功导引按摩、寄生虫学与寄生虫病、特种医学、医学地理学、医案医话、少数民族医学、外国医学、药物学、医药交流、人物传记、医药文献与评价、医药卫生机构与团体、医学卫生会议、医学教育、医学流派、兽医、调查与考证、医学文物、医事艺术、医疗器械、医事论争、西医传入中国、医药标准化、医学成果奖、目录与索引、杂录等51类，各类下又有若干子类。各类题录按文章发表先后为序排列，每条题录均著录篇名、作者或译者、报刊名称、出版年月与期数。1986年由上海中医学院医史博物馆印行排印本。
