In order to extract total RNA quickly and efficiently from Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium for cDNA-AFLP experiment, CTAB method,improved CTAB method,Trizol method,improved Trizol method were used to extract total RNA from leaves、stems、flower petals of Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium.
为了快速高效地提取甘菊(Chrysanthemum lavandulifolium)总RNA,以满足cDNA-AFLP试验的要求,本研究使用CTAB法、改良CTAB法、Trizol法、改良Trizol法分别提取甘菊叶片、茎、花瓣中的总RNA,所提RNA经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测。
