Objective: The investigation was to evaluate the treatment outcome of Tsuge’s suturing in repair of flexor tendon injury in zoneⅡand tounders- tand it s theory and characteristic.

Methods: According to the suture method of JingXia, end-by-end suture and successive inverting suture were used to stitch ruptured flexor tendon, and then retention sutures were drawn from the proximal and distal end of ruptured tendon.
