Objective To evaluate the influence of patellar resurfacing on total knee arthroplasty.

Fresh-frozen cadaveric knees were tested to examine the effects of patellar resurfacing on patellofemoral joint biomechanics changes in total knee arthroplasty, and to determine the proper highness of joint line in TKA, then tibial plateau-fibular head distance was measured on anterioposterior view of knee roentgenograms.

Objective To introduce the technique of total hip surface replacement(?)¨evaluate the early results of the total hip surface replacement and review the factors which affect the results.
方法: 自2000年10月至2005年1月,对31例37髋股骨头缺血性坏死、骨关节炎、髋发育不良、强直性脊柱炎患者进行了全髋关节表面置换术,平均年龄42岁(23～65岁),男性15例,女性16例。
