Objective: To observe and compare the short-time and middle-time outcomeof arthroscopic meniscal repair using Inside-out techniques and Rapid Loc device.
目的：观察比较关节镜下应用Rapid Loc系统和由内向外修复术(Inside-out repair)治疗半月板损伤的近、中期疗效；比较两种方法的优缺点，为临床评价关节镜下应用Rapid Loc系统修复半月板损伤提供参考和理论依据。

目的探讨胸主动脉瘤及夹层腔内修复术中左锁骨下动脉一期覆盖后的护理要点。

Methods:Percutaneous fenestration with endovascular stent placement was performed to treat the Stanford B type aortic dissection in 5 patients,four patients of them were treated by endovascular repair in addition.
方法:5例Stanford B型主动脉夹层患者均行经皮开窗术及内支架植入术,其中4例加行血管腔内修复术。

Tennisonoperation
1952年由Tennison等提出后改进而来，是目前较为常用的方法之一。此法从裂隙外侧下方设计一个三角形组织瓣插入裂侧内侧下方。优点是定点明确，术后唇弓形态比较自然，但切除的组织较多，且破坏了患侧的人中嵴。适用于裂隙内侧唇高不足而裂隙外侧唇高正常的病例。
