Methods:Thirteen mechanical ventilation-dependent patients with COPD was randomized two groups,the experiment group has six cases,using intermittent suspending respirator,the controls has seven cases,using PSV+SIMV,the successful rates of weaning from groups were compared after two weeks.
方法:13例呼吸机依赖的患者随机分为两组,试验组6例,采用间歇性停机法,对照组7例,采用压力支持通气和同步间歇指令通气方法,比较两周内的脱机成功率。
