性状描述:白色或灰黄色粉末。熔点115℃,相对密度1.50。溶于二硫化碳、氯仿和四氯化碳,不溶于水。

生产方法:由六氢吡啶、碳酸钠和二硫化碳反应制得五亚甲基二硫代氨基甲酸钠,再用一氯化硫处理即得四硫化双五亚甲基秋蓝姆。

用途:本品为秋蓝姆类硫化促进剂,可用于天然橡胶、二烯类合成橡胶、丁基橡胶、三元乙丙橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯和胶乳。加热能分解出游离硫,亦可作为硫化剂,有效含硫量为其重量的25%。

本品作硫化剂时在操作温度下比较安全,硫化胶耐热、耐老化性能优良。本品易分散于干橡胶中,亦易分散于水中。不污染。一般用于制造耐热制品、电缆等。
