补充资料：瘀血腰痛
瘀血腰痛 瘀血腰痛 病证名。腰痛病之。指因瘀血而致腰痛者。亦称沥血腰痛。见《丹溪心法》卷四。该病多因跌仆闪挫，或碰撞所伤，或腰痛经久，瘀血凝积而成。症见痛有定处，如锥刺状，日轻夜重，有时可伴见大便色黑，小便赤黄或暗红，脉涩等症。治宜以活血化瘀为主。可用补阴丸加桃仁、红花，或桃仁承气汤、川芎肉桂汤（李东垣方：羌活、肉桂、川芎、柴胡、当归梢、苍术、炙甘草、神曲、独活、防己、防风、桃仁）等加减，并可配以针灸、拔火罐等法治之。
