| 周围动脉栓塞 peripheral arterial embolism 栓子随血流嵌塞在动脉系统，造成肢体或内脏缺血甚至坏死的病理过程。栓子可以是血凝块、空气、肿瘤细胞团、脂肪或异物等。其中心源性血栓占80％以上。早期栓塞，动脉供血区域缺血，出现剧烈疼痛、皮肤苍白、温度降低。肢体远端无动脉搏动，局部功能障碍。重症伴行静脉形成继发血栓，发生坏疽。结合病史、临床表现、超声多普勒血流探测、皮温测定，必要时血管造影可确定诊断。远端组织未坏死前应考虑手术取栓；肝素、血管扩张药可防止血栓蔓延，减轻缺血；坏疽发生后，尽早截肢。
