慢性活动性肝炎患者产生的一种自身抗体。只与肝特异性蛋白反应。急性病毒性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、肝硬化患者的抗LSPA的滴度和阳性率也较高，且与肝功能的异常程度呈平行关系。
