Objective: To explore the role of oxymatrine (OMT) on serum and pancreas tissue changes of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and IL-10 in rats with acute necrotizing pancreatitis(ANP).
目的:探讨氧化苦参碱(OMT)对急性坏死性胰腺炎(ANP)大鼠血清和胰腺组织中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10含量的影响及其意义。

【用法与用量】
内服：研末，3～5分。
【选方】
①治急性菌痢：苦豆研末，分装胶囊或压制成片。每次服0.5克，一日四次。(内蒙古《中草药新医疗法资料选编》) ②治大便秘结：苦参子十粒，吞服。(江西《草药手册》)
