Methods:Rat blood stasis models were established by intravenous injection giant molecule dextran in rat vena caudalis,change of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of HYPZC in rat blood stasis models were observed respectively,and contrast with Fufang DanShen tablet.
方法:以高分子右旋糖酐静脉注射建立大鼠血瘀模型,分别观察化瘀破癥胶囊对大鼠血瘀模型全血黏度、血浆黏度的变化,并以复方丹参片为对照。

| 血瘀证 血液运行不畅，瘀血阻滞所表现的证候。凡离经之血不能及时排出和消散，停留于体内，或血行不畅，壅遏于经脉之内，及瘀阻于脏腑组织器官的，均称瘀血。引起瘀血的常见原因，有寒凝、气滞、气虚、外伤等。证见疼痛、肿块、出血发狂等。疼痛如针刺刀割，痛有定处，拒按，常在夜间加剧。肿块在体表者，色呈青紫；在腹内者，坚硬按之不移。出血反复不止，色泽紫暗，中夹血块，或大便色黑如柏油。还可见面色黧黑，肌肤甲错，口唇爪甲紫暗，或皮下紫斑，或肌表丝状如缕，或腹部青筋外露，妇女痛经，月经色暗夹血块，或经闭。舌质紫暗，或见瘀斑瘀点，脉细涩。血瘀证的治宜活血化瘀，方如桃红四物汤、血府逐瘀汤。 |
