目的探讨经后路单侧后外侧融合基础上,单枚BAK cage斜向置入或后路椎体间植骨融合的270°融合治疗峡部裂型腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。

胚胎期间第6周原椎发育不良所致。半椎体可以累及一个或数个椎体。胸椎的半椎体畸形，由于肋骨源于原椎，故原椎发育不良，常伴有肋骨的发育畸形。临床可有脊柱侧弯。
