To establish the morphological parameters of Cryptoporidium oocyts of the Shenyang Kunming (KM) mouse origin and the Changchun cattle origin, the Cryptoporidium oocyt images of the Shenyang KM mouse origin and the Changchun cattle origin were obtained by computer photographic system, and the length, width and perimeter of oosyts were determined by computer digital image processing system.
