An effective experiment teaching method for the students in College of Life Science and Technology of HUST is set up after many years of experience on molecular biology experiment teaching.

The article dwells on how to improve the teaching quality of molecular biology experiments and foster students\' comprehensive qualities by optimizing the experiment content,establishing opening experiment system and reforming the experimental evaluation mode.

In order to explore the composition of microorganisms in the bioleaching process,in terms of present research situation,advantages and disadvantages of conventional methods、 immunological methods and molecular biological methods for identification of bioleaching microorganisms is compared.

Over the past decade, new technologies (especially molecular methods) have been incorporated into the traditional morphological approaches in identification and diagnosis of entomopathogenic nematodes.
