Methods:To detect expression of CD24 and VEGF in 120 specimens(80 transurethral resection,40 radical cystectomy) of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 10 specimens normal bladder tissues by SP immunohistochemistry, Microvessel density(MVD) was figured out according to the positive staining for VEGF.
