结果腕部载荷传递及关节接触应力分布情况与前人实验数据相当接近;腕横韧带的切除导致舟骨发生向桡侧和掌侧的偏移,以及掌向屈曲和向桡侧的转动,而整个腕管结构则产生更大的桡侧偏移。

| 腕管综合征 corpol tunnel syndrome 正中神经通过腕管至手部时受嵌压而引起的一系列症状。表现为手指疼痛、烧灼感或麻刺样异常感觉，以食、中指为显。夜间症状加重，大鱼际肌萎缩无力，极度屈腕30～60秒后出现或加重麻木，蒂内尔氏征阳性。早期向腕管内注射醋酸强的松龙有效。无效时切开腕横韧带。 |
